Purchasing Property - Off the Plan

Hi property people,

I thought I would go a little personal today and show you one of my properties that is in the final stages. I have a short video of this which you can see in the club www.KeysToSuccessClub.com. This particular property forms part of my strategy to invest in high quality townhouses in emerging areas. This a particular one is in inner West part of Melbourne. I go for 3 bedroom and you can see that the inside is of a high quality.

I will let you know the final deal when the deal goes through. The financing has been a little longer then usual....
