This particular property was a neat little number with a couple of value add opportunities. it was bought under market value, and had some relatively easy upgrades to step change the value. Here are a couple of photos to show you the bathroom renovation. Nothing fancy, but a good face job on the bathrooms makes a big difference. It is a duplex so we are doing the same both sides and then we will look to strata title the property and refinance next year. I will keep you in touch of progress...
